Your Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)

If you purchase from us online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving your items.
To cancel, you must notify us within this 14-day period. Once you tell us, you then have another 14 days to return the goods.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item, unless the product is faulty.
You must take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession. If the items are handled in a way that reduces their value, we may make a deduction from your refund.
